Ti Mo, Ti nano alloy and c-zr powder coating are used for anticorrosive coating oil casing. It is a new type of solvent-free solid powder coating with the characteristics of non pollution and non toxicity. Titanium molybdenum, titanium nano alloy and carbon zirconium powder coatings are prepared by adding ultra-fine wear-resistant materials and latent curing agent into special resin. Powder coatings are made by advanced grinding technology. After coating, melting and curing, a smooth, dense and continuous anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating is formed, which can effectively block adhesive wear, oxidation wear and fatigue wear.
