Shengli Oilfield Freet Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd is an international enterprise specializing in the processing and manufacturing of oil special pipe. It is a Sino foreign joint venture company jointly invested by Shengli Oilfield Freet oil equipment Co., Ltd., Japan Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. and Beijing oil and Land Trading Co., Ltd.
At present, the company has five oil casing thread processing production lines, two coupling processing production lines and one oil casing heat treatment production line, covering a wide range of products φ 60mm— φ 508mm H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C90, T95, P110, q125, hcp110 and other steel grade API oil casings and couplings, as well as Russia's gost standard oil casing, large diameter casing, straight connection type, special oil buckle sleeve, expansion sleeve and other oil special pipe products. The products are in full conformity with API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B and Russian standards of American Petroleum Institute. The annual processing capacity of oil casings is 200000 tons, the heat treatment of pipe body is 100000 tons and the coupling is 500000.
The company has passed API Monogram certification, ISO9001 quality system certification, environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification, and gost certification in Russia. It has independent oil special management institute, and is focusing on developing non-standard and special technology products, developing to high-quality and multi-product direction, and constantly improving the core competitiveness of the company.
The company has the most advanced CNC thread processing lathe and special coupling screw machine in China. The flaw detection equipment and pressure test capacity can reach 70MPa or more hydrostatic test equipment,
