Aerogel insulation tubing is the latest thermal insulation product of Fu ruit company. Aerogels have been applied to the thermal insulation pipes of national defense industry, aircraft, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. Combined with the characteristics of aerogels, our company has developed a new aerogel thermal insulation oil casing. The aerogel heat insulation oil casing has the advantages of more stable heat insulation performance and more than 1.5 times of service life compared with the vacuum heat insulation oil casing. The matching use of heat insulation bushing and new type heat insulation coupling can greatly improve the efficiency of the pipe string in the operation process and reduce the casing damage caused by high temperature. The product has been widely used in domestic and foreign markets. At present, it has occupied all the market share of thermal insulation oil casing for heavy oil exploitation of Oman national oil company. At the same time, it has participated in CNOOC thermal insulation transmission, Sinopec heavy oil exploitation and other projects, and its product performance has been unanimously recognized by customers.
